License Terms for Hltmod

If you are entitled to use Solaris for free under the
'Free Solaris Binary License Program', you are hereby granted
a perpetual, nonexclusive, nonsublicensable, royalty free,
license to modify and/or use Hltmod on as many computers and
processors as permitted under Sun's license. You may not sell
Hltmod or any product containing Hltmod or any modified
version of Hltmod unless agreed to in writing by George White.

Hltmod is distributed 'as is' without any expressed or
implied warranty. Anyone who uses Hltmod assumes all risks
for such use. Anyone who uses Hltmod implicitly accepts the
terms of this license.

If your use of Solaris is not covered under the terms of
the 'Free Solaris' program, and you wish to evaluate Hltmod,
you may evaluate it on a total of up to 8 processors, spread
across up to 4 machines, for as long as you wish. If after an
evaluation, you wish to obtain a commercial use and/or
sublicensable license for it, please contact George White
at hltmod@palisad.com for more information.
