Anomaly Partial Fix

This show what the averages look like if only 1C of the difference is subtracted out. They discontinuity is clearly evident in the monthly data, but is mostly gone from both the anomaly and the 12 month running average.

This demonstration shows why the argument that absolute data should not be used because of data inaccuracies must be carefully considered. It's definitely true that the absolute temperatures are affected, but anomalies generated from the same data are similarly affected and are no better when it comes to spotting trends.
